Communication is a completely volunteer-run space!

We have paused new volunteer onboarding for now. We are in the process of navigating some changes to our space and programming model, which may mean shifts in where and how we leverage volunteer support!

In the meantime — the best way you can support our mission is to attend events! Bring a friend, tell your family and community, and show up to the space. We look forward to seeing you there!

We believe in compensating artists and performers, and we aim to do that transparently. We also believe in the value that volunteer labor can bring to a community. These two ideas coexist in a space that we navigate with great care.
