Spy MC is San Antonio native who started rapping at the age of 12, and as a teen became a DJ/Emcee of Drum and Bass in the 2000s Texas Rave Scene. Spy moved to the Twin Cities and co-founded the hip hop groups SF Wrecks and Death Ray Scientific. DRS started up one of the most prominent open mics held at the Legendary DinkyTowner called "Switch" in Minneapolis, then co-created the Minnesota rap battle circuit, Loud Mouth League. In 2012, he moved back to Texas and opened a TX division for Loud Mouth League.
